Boutique Blue Return Policy

We truly hope you love everything you find at Boutique Blue. Each piece in the shop is thoughtfully chosen, and we want you to feel great wearing it. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit so you can find something you love even more.

Returns for Store Credit

• Returns are eligible for store credit only and must be requested within 14 days of delivery (online) or 14 days of purchase (in-store).
• Items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags attached.
• Store credit never expires and can be used anytime, in-store or online.

Online Orders

To request a return, please email orders@shopboutiqueblue.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

In-Store Purchases

Items may be returned in-store within 14 days of purchase for store credit, as long as they are in original condition with tags attached.

Final Sale Items

Jewelry, accessories, clearance, and promotional items are final sale. Items returned after 14 days are also considered final sale.

Exchanges

In-Store Purchases
We’re happy to offer exchanges in-store if we have the requested size or item available. Simply bring your item in within 14 days, unworn and with tags attached, and we’ll help you find the right fit.

Online Orders
Due to limited inventory, we’re unable to guarantee direct exchanges for online orders. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend purchasing the new item to secure availability and returning the original item within 14 days for store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at orders@shopboutiqueblue.com within 7 days. We’ll make it right.
