🎁 Holiday Return Policy at Boutique Blue

We know holiday gifting can be tricky, so we’re extending our return window to make things easier this season!

Eligible Purchases:
All full-price items purchased between November 9 and December 24 qualify for our extended holiday return policy.

Online & In-Store Returns
• Refunds: Eligible if the return request (or in-store return) is made within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date, following our standard policy.
• Store Credit: Purchases made during the holiday period may be returned for store credit only through January 15, 2026, including jewelry and accessories, as long as items are unused and in original condition.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Email orders@shopboutiqueblue.com
 with your order number and items to return, and we’ll provide return instructions.

Exclusions
• Clearance items remain final sale.
• Items purchased during promotions follow the same holiday return guidelines.

Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, we can’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, place a new order and return the original item for a refund (if eligible) or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email orders@shopboutiqueblue.com
with your order number and purchase date—we’ll make it right promptly.

Standard Return Policy

Returns Made Easy at Boutique Blue
We want you to love your Boutique Blue purchases! If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

Online Returns
Refunds: Request within 7 days of delivery. Item must have original tags, be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
Store Credit: Request between 8-30 days of delivery. Item must meet the same conditions as above and be returned within 14 days of your return request.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Email orders@shopboutiqueblue.com with your order number and items to return, and we’ll provide return instructions.

In-Store Returns
Refunds: Eligible items returned within 7 days of purchase with original tags, unused, and in original condition.
Store Credit: Eligible items returned within 14 days of purchase under the same conditions.
Final Sale: After 14 days, all sales are final.

• No returns on jewelry, accessories, or clearance items.
